One of the things that differentiates Kiwanis from other service organizations is our ability to engage our future leaders in every grade through out Service Leadership Programs.
We work with our local schools and in-school advisors to start encouraging kids to take a leadership role in their communities and to do service. This not only allows us to understand what the kids in our communities need, but also begin mentoring our future Kiwanians.
The Kiwanis Club of Brooklyn currently sponsors:
K-Kids programs at Columbia Elementary School and Columbia Upper Elementary School.
