Builders Club

Builders Club is the name of our organization for Junior High Kiwanians. Builders Club members choose officers and plan service events for their school and their community. Past events include:

  • Kids Coalition Against Hunger food packing
  • Anti-bullying campaigns
  • Locker notes
  • Letters to Soldiers overseas

For more information about joining Builders Club in the fall, please look for us at the Back-to-School open house events or ask your school secretary.

Kiwanis Club of Brooklyn Holds 1st Cornhole Tournament. Team B & M Wins the 1st Kiwanis Club of Brooklyn Cornhole Tournament

The Kiwanis Club of Brooklyn hosted their first Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, June 12th, at Jerry’s Pub & Restaurant. The tournament was held to raise funds for a future planned renovation of Brooklyn’s Swain Park (behind Wesco).

Eight teams competed in the single-elimination event. Spectators were treated to a fierce final match between teams B & M and Drain O’s, with team B & M proving the victors.
